ART

Art is the tangible expression of the essential truth, beauty, joy, and love that is life, which is God. Even when art expresses subjects which are sad or angry or critical, art enlivens the artist and the audience. Art is a social event. Art unifies. Art draws us together.

Art is evolution in action. Every step of evolution unfolds a greater truth, a greater reality. Art is our way to capture and enhance this movement toward ever greater fullness. Art is the way in which we bring to life the truth, the beauty, and the goodness that swims to surface as we evolve. Art is indispensable to this awakening, and as this awakening evolves, our art evolves with it.

Art is life at the level of feeling. It is not enough to know. Life is an experience. Experience must be felt to be alive, and art is the means by which our knowledge and our truth becomes our feeling.

If this awakening is to reach its destiny, art must lead the way. Art is creation manifest, and we are all artists in this awakening. Creativity is not just the great symphony, or the magnificent painting. Creativity is making someone happier and more what they truly are. Creativity is helping someone smile and laugh. It is helping someone get through their day no matter what the travails. Creativity is life evolving. Creation is art. Art is creation.
